With over 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance at KPMG and Westbourne Partners, Tom gained expertise in M&A, capital raising, venture capital, and private equity deals, while qualifying as an ACA. Subsequently, Tom spent 3 years at a fund focused on media investments, managing private equity and credit transactions with deal sizes ranging from $10M to $250M. Over the past 3 years, Tom has founded a property investment company, while also investing and becoming actively involved in multiple start-ups.

Kevin has over 45 years of experience in business, having both run and invested in multiple companies. He began his career as a lawyer, transitioned into investment banking, and later managed investments for a multi-billion-dollar family office. Kevin went on to found Invicta Leisure, serving as its CEO, before becoming the CEO of Esporta, a fitness and leisure company. Currently, Kevin is invested in and helps run a padel tennis company, continuing his legacy of leadership and business acumen across diverse industries.
